It was good. Not too bad of a wait. Dr Carter and Cassandra are always kind. Both are good listeners.

The wait til see the Physician is too long this is not the first time its like every time. I always arrive 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time and still have to wait sometimes over an hour before the Physicians sees me.

Dr. Carter is very concerned about my health and is very easy to talk to. She really listens to my concerns.

Place is clean, every encounter has been with professional and nice people.

The personnel staff was very professional and serious. The clinic employees worked with extreme accurately. I was pleased with the staffs complete hygiene practices. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude, Job well done.

This was my first visit with Dr. Carter. She is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable physicians I've ever come in contact with. Not only did she assess me thoroughly, she had a plan for my care, and she provided patient education throughout the entire experience. I'm so grateful I was sent to her and I have total faith in her ability to provide great care for me as my PCP!
